Dimension Films has just released an official photo from SCREAM 4 that shows off the original cast. In our first screened look we see David Arquetteat who has been promoted to Sheriff Dewey, take that all you deputes out there! The photo takes place at a book store where Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott is doing a book signing. Yes, she put out a novel about the Woodsboro killings also. Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers-Riley shows concern as well. Feast on the image after the break...
