BIRDSBORO, Pa. -- A woman is dead after being thrown from her car early Saturday morning in Berks County. It happened just before 2:00 a.m. on Monacacy Creek Road and Thalia Lane in Amity Township. The Coroner said Justine Fultz, 24, of Birdsboro, was killed. Police say she went off the road, rolled her car several times and was ejected. The accident is still under investigation.
