WYOMISSING, Pa. -- Thirteen of Pennsylvania's best and brightest young women are preparing to strut their stuff. The girls from the "Outstanding Young Woman" competition were practicing their fitness and talent routines Wednesday at the Inn at Reading. All this week, the girls have been getting up early and coming home late, performing community service tasks. Thursday, they'll enjoy Thanksgiving with a host family.
