PALMER TWP., Pa. -- A field of dreams is coming to Northampton County. A "Miracle League" chapter has been formed in the county to build a baseball field in Palmer Township. The ball field will take shape at the Charles Chrin Community Center complex. It'll be completely handicapped accessible so that players of all ages and abilities can use it. Opening day is expected to happen in spring of 2012. More than 200 similar baseball fields have been built across the country, including one in Heidelberg Township, Lehigh County.
